Thanksgiving 2011

Thanksgiving was pleasantly plump. We didn't quite get enough of our California shopping friends this year (the oh-so-hilarious Nisson family) so we planned Thanksgiving with them. The Heath/Nisson combo is really the perfect recipe for any eating occasion - so why not get together for THE eating occasion of the year.

We had every fixin and so much fun.

The fun did not end on that day. The next morning we swam in the hotel, some of the boys went shooting guns and then other boys went golfing - some even did both! We girls did a little shopping, a little visiting of our family in St George and then we all met back at the Nisson's for a full night of more food and fun.

Holly and Neils are great hosts and planned a little game of "Minute to Win It" and honestly it was the perfect game for our group. Here are just a few (or maybe a few too many) of our Minute to Win It adventures.

I can't thank the Nisson's enough for such a fun and memorable Thanksgiving weekend. And just as a quick side-note. I love snow for Christmas - but sun and swimming for Thanksgiving is just fine with me.
